התוכנית הופכת בתי חולים למרכזים מוסמכים בשיטת אקוויליבריו ומקנה לצוותים הרפואיים כלים ויכולות מתקדמים לשיפור תוצאות בלידה וחוויות הלידה.
ההכשרה נוצרת ומועברת על ידי רחל שפירו דייויס, CNM, LM, CPM.
התוכנית איקוויליבריו בלידה כוללת 4 שלבים של הכשרה.
